What should I do if I encounter a bug?

You may report any issue you encounter with Alcove by simply creating a bug report or by contacting us.

Why is the like button disabled?

Unfortunately, Spotify has disabled the ability to like songs. It’s unclear if or when this feature will be restored. If restored, Alcove should support it without any updates or changes.

Please don’t purchase Alcove solely for this feature.

How many devices per license?

You may use your license on up to 3 devices simultaneously. You may also deactivate a specific device at any time through the settings.

Please reach out if you want to fully reset your license.

Will Alcove receive more features?

Yes, Alcove is actively being developed and has many planned updates that will include a lot of new additional features. Please don’t hesitate to submit a feature request if you want to partake and shape the future of Alcove.

There is currently no public roadmap.

Can I try Alcove before I buy it?

Yes, there’s a limited 48h trial available for Alcove. Visit the download page to get started with your trial.

You may request a reset of your trial at any time.

Can I get a discount?

Unfortunately, there are no available discounts for Alcove and will most likely never be.

May I request a refund?

Yes, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase.

Will Alcove work indefinitely?

Alcove relies on private APIs that have remained functional for years. However, Apple could choose to modify or remove them without providing an alternative. As a result, Alcove is sold "as is", with no guarantee that its functionality will remain available indefinitely.

Alcove reserves the right to adapt or change in response to Apple.

Does Alcove collect any data?

No data or personal information is collected by Alcove. This is corroborated in the privacy policy.
